Pretty provencal villa located in a private residence and secure 5 minutes by car from the tramway and 10 minutes from the city center.
The beautiful garden, swimming pool and indoor spaces will charm you with their friendliness. It is the perfect place to spend holidays with family or friends.

Upstairs, 2 spacious and bright parental rooms including one with nice terrace overlooking the garden.
On the ground floor, a lounge / dining room very friendly open to the outside with a large fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with two bedrooms and a common bathroom.
Outside you will have a nice garden with swimming pool and a private parking.

Séjour très agréable
