Located on the Quai des Etats-Unis, on the 4th floor with elevator, this apartment is very bright and offers all the typical charm of Nice, apartments with hard wood floors, tomettes, and "Cathedral" beams. Contemporary furniture blends perfectly with its old character.
It consists of a large living room, an independent kitchen, 4 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other three bedrooms with 2 single beds of 80 cm wide each that can be joined in a large bed, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets .

We had a great 10 day stay at this property. The location is perfect to explore the city. We had a picturesque view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, as well as a washing machine. The main living spaces do not have air conditioning but it is available in each of the bedrooms. We had an issue with one AC unit and contacted the property manager. The listing is a bit confusing regarding the bathrooms. Both lower bedrooms share a bathroom and the two upper bedrooms share a bathroom. The listing says 5 bathrooms, but that is a bit confusing with the actual configuration. Overall, a great stay.
Great place and location. We had a small misunderstanding at the time of booking re the rate however Lucienne came to a reasonable arrangement. She was very helpful. That aside we had a great time with the family. The apartment was great and comfortable with amazing views. Close to restaurants and bars
This property in right on the beach in Nice. It is also conveniently located 3 minutes from the big fresh air market and 4 minutes from a grocery store. The only drawback was the two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. This was not clear from the listing.
