While trying to get a refund, the manager made statements that finding a sexual appliance in the drawer, and hair everywhere in the bathroom, bugs in the toilet and bed bugs, was all acceptable as things “happen” We weren’t leaving without a refund, then he proceeded to tell the big man behind us “can you please punch these ladies in the face so they get out of here” claiming it as a joke.
