Condo Rentals in Nicaragua

"A very nice place, no noise, with parking, the apartment and the facilities were clean, you can walk to the market and to the cathedral."

"Amazing quiet beach, well maintained property grounds/pool and the accomodation itself was beautiful. In addition, the host was very responsive and helpful. We don't often return to the exact same place because we enjoy new adventures, but this one could change that for us!"

"I was very happy with the choice of staying at this place. I stayed for two months and was able to cook. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough."

"Excellent view, nice pool. Great property to relax at"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable and close to all the fun of San Juan del Sur. The hosts were accommodating and made helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. "

"Great place and location! "

"We stayed at Casa Amelie for two weeks and were very happy with the accommodations. The apartment had everything that we needed and was within walking distance to many local attractions, shops and restaurants. Especially appreciated was the pool and air conditioning where we could escape the extreme heat of Granada, after a long day of sightseeing. It was very quiet, with a big comfy bed and all the comforts of home! "

"The apartment is nice, though it does need some remodeling. Marianela, the host, was very hospitable—an excellent person. The one exception was Sunday, when the power and water went out—though that is beyond the host's control and is a city issue. However, the place is cozy; just be sure to arrive in an SUV or off-road vehicle, as you have to drive up steep trails that a standard car wouldn't be able to handle."

"Excelente propiedad, muy limpia y bien cuidada, está toda climatizada y fácil acceso "

"Very peaceful and great amenities"

"Location was great to beach and pool. The interior of the condo needs updating, better and more comfortable furniture"

"Great host and great views!! Steps from the beach and the pool."

"Staff was great and super helpful, everything was very clean, and the beach was amazing. We loved it! "

"The condos are new so all looks nice and the AC works great, but they have many details to still work out. Although listed as having use of a pool, there is no pool for the condos. Also listed in popular amenities a washer and dryer, there are NO washers or dryers. Also many days the Water pressure really really low. I’m sure they will continue to work out the details as they get more people. But definitely ask specifically for an amenity that you want to make sure they have it. Hope this...

"We’ve stayed here several times and love it!"

"Beautiful spot in a safe gated community with perfect barreling waves out front and a pool bar on the beach. Exactly as pictures show. Had a great trip."

"Ricardo was a great host. He was very responsive and immediately worked to repair anything that needed it during the holidays. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5, my 3 kids shared a room with bunk beds and my husband and in the master. The beach is right in front of the property which was the best part. Definitely one of our best stays at Iguana."
