"I always like to use the indoor pool. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool as the steps into the pool were very slippery and felt like they had not been brushed down recently. I had to hold onto the railing which didn't quite reach over the last step. I felt insecure stepping onto the last step. It was the same getting out. "Location was great for a quick Niagara on the Lake visit, much more affordable than staying in town. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Outdoor gazebo was nice for an afternoon glass of wine and chat. Will return on our next trip."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverbend Inn. The hotel and restaurant staff/management provided great service which exceeded our expectations. The breakfast (especially the fresh baked croissants) was delicious. They were very knowlegeable about the wineries in the region. The shuttle service made it easy to get around. It was a peaceful quiet location away from the tourist areas. We would definitely return to the Inn again."

"We had a little fenced patio off our room which was nice. Breakfast was a disappointment. Boiled eggs, breads, cereal, pastries, yogurt and a little fruit. My husband is celiac so there were no options for him but a banana and yogurt. Rooms were ok, just older and out dated. Location was good."

"The room was very neat and clean. The staff is so friendly. The parking lot is spacious. The kitchen was spacious and convenient to use. The kids really liked this facility, too. It was great that there were so many washing machines, but the payment system was a little complicated. If I remember correctly, the system required you to add more money to your card or app than necessary just to use the machines. However, the washing machines themselves were very convenient to use."

"Our second visit to Kent Motel. We booked three nights, and had a queen bed and sitting area on the second floor. The property is even better this time than a couple years ago. Our room was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Great little spot half way between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Quiet. Staff very accommodating.
