"Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. This gave a positive vibe from the first encounter. Staff seem to appear from no where and are ever willing to ensure your stay is perfect. Lovely fluffy white towels and facecloths. Shared kitchen was well equipped. Great value for money and we appreciated the upgrade to a bigger room. "
