"When we walked into our room there looked like Cheeto crumbs in the floor. The couch had a trundle bed and when we pulled the trundle out it was dirty. While we were getting ready for bed that night my kids found a beer-doh at the edge under the bed. There was also an electrical box with a cover."

"We checked in and the first room had what appeared to be mold all over the bathroom, inside the little closet, and underneath the AC unit. When we brought it up to the front desk, the guy kept arguing with us that it wasn’t mold and was “just a water leak.” Regardless of what it was, it was clearly unacceptable and not something anyone should have to stay around.
