"House was what we needed for a family of 5. Beautiful view and friendly area. Dock was great for views and catching fish. Under water growth a bit extensive but if your patient/persistent no big deal. Bugs was horrible at night but to be expected near marsh/water. We loved our stay!"

"Our family of 5 adored our stay here! We only booked one night but it would have been lovely to stay longer. The host took great care to be sure everything was labeled and explained. There were nice touches including scented sprays in the bathrooms and hand sanitizer. The house is in great condition and well cared for. It was very clean and the host was quick to respond when I asked a question. There are three full bathrooms in the house which was wonderful! The house is in a very quiet...

"This is a very cool place. Set off in the back along a woodline, secluded and yet not. Played air hockey and fossball which was a blast from the past. Would indeed stay again if in the area."

"Fantastic stay and host!"

"Host was still cleaning the unit 45 mins passed the check in time. Tripped on a warped floor walking in covered by a rug. Sheets and comforter smelled like mildew in the bedroom. Doors hard to close or broken because of warped flooring. No drinking cups only coffee mugs. 2 plates and 3 bowls. Not the end of world but if more than 2 people you need to wash or take turns eating. No paper towels. Tv remote didn’t work in the one bedroom. Does not have central air but has 3 windows units . ...

"Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...

"Great place. Clean small great value "

"Nice neighborhood. Clean house."

"Was misleading no bedrooms only bed was a boneless sofa bed"

"This place is awesome! We came in for a football game and this place is perfect for trips like that. It has a full kick-ass bar in the basement, probably 6 televisions throughout the house, a beautiful deck out back to relax on, a tiki bar in the backyard complete with dart board, just an awesome place. The neighbourhood is great, lots of amenities close by for snacks, liquor, dispensary, groceries, gas etc. There’s only 2 beds in the house, but there’s a small den with reclining couch seats and...

"Quick communication when needed, family friendly."

"Cute and homey. And backyard was lovely – private with the wind blowing from the river, so the firepit smoke blew away from us. Would definitely recommend!"

"Rural setting. Gorgeous property. Clean. Well maintained. Close to Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor. Easy/cheap UBER ride to Ann Arbor. Close to groceries, gas, convenience."

"Close to where I needed to be, everything as stated and clean."

"This is a long time, well loved and lived in property and my family only added to that love. The deck and pool are the summertime highlight and we ate several meals out there cooked in the large kitchen. It's not a totally stocked kitchen so ask before arrival if you need specifics. Suzan was responsive. Also used the trail along the water only a couple blocks from the house."
