"Good location in Pigeon Forge. Very clean on inside and outside of property. We did not need it but housekeeping did make our bed and changed out our used towels, some hotels do not offer that service anymore. Older hotel but extremely clean and well maintained."

"Wow is all I have to say about this property! The room was spacious and in the perfect location for our trip to Gatlinburg. The bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable! Cleanliness was a plus as well! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I left earrings in our room and missed them after we checked out. We came back a couple hours later and the earrings were found and promptly returned to me. There is a parking fee which I am NOT fond of given the expense for the room."

"Having a lazy river right there was amazing. So relaxing and fun, plus 24 hour access to the pool and hot tub. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The only thing we had an issue with were the bed pillows were hard but next time we stay we will bring our own."

"The room and the property were clean and well maintained but the hotel itself needs some updates. The AC needs an update, had the room set at 68 but never got down past 71. At one point it hit 75. Rooms need minor updates such as wallpaper fixes but that’s not a big deal to me. Mountain views were incredible, definitely worth the upgrade to a mountain view room. Overall I would probably book again"

"A+ and i’m not big with reviews because they’re typically mixed ones let along we all have different opinions and how we view things but this hotel, especially for the cost on top of the cleanliness the amenities, including having three pools, two outdoors and one indoor and they actually keep the outdoor ones open till midnight rather than your typical 9 or 10 PM pools… you won’t be disappointed if you’re gonna pick a hotel. You definitely would want to pick this one."
