"Excellent Location and Great Service The hotel was in an excellent location, conveniently situated between the airport and my destination. The staff was very friendly and efficient, as were the housekeeping and service team. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options to choose from. As for the room, I experienced one issue with the hot water, but it was resolved immediately. The air conditioning unit worked very well and cooled the room perfectly; however, it made a small noise. Although I reported this to the front desk, the issue was not addressed. Despite this minor inconvenience, I highly recommend this hotel. If I return to the area, I would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the Best Hotel Stays We’ve Had! We’re currently traveling from South Carolina to New York and have stayed at several hotels along the way, and this has genuinely been one of our best experiences! We learned that this location is ranked among the top 5% of Hampton Inns in the country, and after staying here, I can definitely see why! Staff & Service: The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems happy to be there. Even the maintenance and housekeeping teams were kind, attentive, and responsive. You can tell that hospitality is a priority here! Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety! During our two mornings, we enjoyed or saw options including bacon, chicken sausage, egg frittatas (with or without cheese), scrambled eggs (plain or with chives), potato wedges, blueberry and lemon poppyseed scones, muffins, boiled eggs, and a waffle station with different batters like vanilla, berry, and cinnamon swirl. They also had oatmeal, bagels, toast, and more! There’s even a 24/7 coffee bar, which is a nice touch. The menu changes slightly each day, so these are the combined options we saw during our two-day stay. Fitness Center: This was honestly one of the nicest hotel gyms I’ve seen! It’s a true gym setup with two connected rooms and excellent equipment. They had treadmills, an elliptical, rowing machine, free weights, kettlebells, weighted medicine balls, pull-up bars, and more."

"I always wipe the bathroom down at the very least when I get into a room and when I did it here there was nothing coming up! Clean from the toilet to the tub. Wiped the room down and it was the same. Pretty small room. Didn’t go to the restaurant. But liked the location as well. I normally catch the train in so now I know this place is right around the corner (5 minute walk). Paid for parking beforehand and it was the best decision they have a valet service. Checked out the concessions they had didn’t look interesting to me looked cold and unappealing, but there were many ppl buying food and coffee they serve Starbucks coffee (just the coffee, none of their food items). There is a fridge in the room and a microwave in the lobby."
