"My stay at the Castle Hotel was excellent. The suite I stayed in was impressive with everything that I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Absolutely nothing to fault. I will definitely stay here again the next time that I am in Lincoln."

"A really charming hotel in the historic centre of Lincoln with booked parking. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Our bedroom was beautiful with traditional touches, huge and very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom facilities. We attended for a small private function, the a la carte menu was superb with great attention to detail and staff ensured we had everything needed. Breakfast was cooked to order with a buffet table containing very good quality cheeses etc. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay. This hotel exudes charm, old fashioned values with modern twists and the staff are the icing on the cake. Loved it!"

"This was well I don’t know how to rate it higher than excellent it’s was exceptional to the point my mum kept wanting to know when were the ppl coming to chuck us out lol we have never done this before in other ppls places but the whole thing was fantastic WE WILL USE THIS PLACE AGAIN ITS A PRIME PLACE TO EXPLORE THAT AREA EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT!! IM DISABLED CAN WALK A FEW STEPS ONLY BUT I MANAGED THE COUPLE OF STEPS DOWN TO GET IN BUT PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EQUIPMENT LIKE WHEELCHAIR OR FRAME YOU WOULD NEED AN ABLE BODY FOR SOME BITS BUT FOR OUR FIRST STAY AWAY IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Plenty of room everywhere shower was huge n im a bag lady when I go Anywhere lol to be honest if they let more in n u took an airbed there would still be loads of room!! Scrupulously clean u could eat ya dinner off the worktops it was clean enough that my daughter who has ocd with germs n cleanliness was happy to sleep in their bedding and never scrubbed the kitchen which is usually the first thing that happens everywhere is usually bleached the bathroom usually scrubbed but she never touched a thing she was happy to walk in did a once over look n I waited for it but nothing she sat down every caravan is scrubbed before anyone goes in so whoever cleans NEEDS A PAY RISE BECAUSE ANYONE WHO HAS OCD LIKE SHE DOES …. N SHE WAS HAPPY FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER it was 1 cooking tray she got very stressed over but we go armed with everything so it was a no sweat SO THANK U WE WILL BE BK REPEATEDLY"

It was a lovely place to be, whether for wandering around Steep Hill, or for getting breakfast downstairs and staying in to work. Clean, sunny, well-appointed—and a giant welcome scone when I arrived! Thanks for a marvelous stay. 10/10 will stay again."
