"It seems like the place wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The dining table was greasy. The smell of the place wasn’t pleasant. The TV didn’t work and the controller was missing a battery. There were spider webs on the windows. It was a good location and small and practical but not very pleasant experience. "

"This is a very clean, quiet and well positioned unit. Reception staff are nice. Most of the guests are people either visiting or using the hospitals nearby. "

"Location was close enough to the city without being in the city, Facilities had everything we needed, parking spot was a bonus. Beds were comfortable. Host was very helpful contacting us several times to check it was all ok which was really appreciated. We knew if there was an issue we could reach out, and there was no issues."

"Location on Pascoe vale rd right at the tram stop was excellent with a short tram ride to the heart of Melbourne. Street parking was in short supply due to most being permit allocated. Although off street parking was free charging for induction to use the car stacker was not mentioned in the booking. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor, upon arrival we found dirty tissues on the floor in the master bed along with previous renters prescription medical in the robe. Both bathrooms had mould on...

"A bit of a process to get into property, couldn’t find where to park, for us to get the car park fob. The apartment has a spectacular view of Flemington racecourse! No close eateries, so prepare yourselves with food staples before you get to apartment. Otherwise a tram goes into city, which we didn’t have time. Supermarket is a hike, so take comfy shoes. Checking out was also a job. Down to carport, take car out, take fob back up to room, back down to car. Communication with owner was good,...
