"What I liked about the property was the very friendly staff. Always with a smile whenever you passed them and ready to answer any questions you might have. The only thing I didn’t like was when entering or exiting the parking lot, the street, Pippy Place, was usually lined with cars making entering or exiting a very long process. Other than that I was very pleased with my stay."

"First time staying and I'm sure we'll be back! Staff were friendly and welcoming and quick to help with anything we needed. The pool was awesome and the slide was fun, I just wish the slide wasn't dark all the way down as it was a little unnerving for the kids. The breakfast was amazing! You get hot and cold options, which you don't see often as it's usually a continental breakfast."

"The Delta is a decent hotel to stay in in St John's. It's a little bit dated but the room was clean and comfortable. The pool needs an update and the showers had an issue with running cold. I also think the hotel could include shampoo and conditioner in the showers in the change rooms for the pool and gym. The breakfast buffet seams pricey at $30 however there was a really good variety and I think it's good value for the money. The location of this hotel is really convenient as well."
