"It was truly a value. The motel was well maintained. My room and mattress were very comfortable. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. I was putting a change of clothes on the top of the toilet and discovered it hadn't been washed in a while. I had to call for directions on how to close the shades. One chain is visible and other is hidden. There was coffee in the room but not tea. I scraped my toe hard on the metal strip coming out of the shower. I called the front desk and they sent housekeeping up with the band aids I had requested. Their response was just a minute or two. Fast. I really thought the price was exceptional and thought I was saving 50%. I didn't see a swimming pool or an exercise room. The Staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I would certainly recommend the motel and I would come back. I didn't eat breakfast there only because I was meeting family for breakfast. Nor did I patronize the bar."

"Staff, lobby, location and breakfast was great. The room was dated and poorly maintained. Moldy caulk in shower covered by more moldy cracked caulk. Black moldy spots on air conditioning vents. Some drywall was missing above bed."

"I needed my room for a short work visit and it was perfect for that. It was very affordable. I had a clean room. Some staff member were nice some were extra. There is a bar next door, a gas station across the street, a dollar store and Walmart down the road, and food restaurants down the road. They have only a few parking spots. I recommend parking in the front and not the back. It gets weird in the back. All in all, for a work trip I highly recommend, but if you want fancy I don’t recommend."

Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Beaver Falls

"The property was clean and quiet. The location is excellent and very near to food, gas, and shopping. The only property concerns I would address are the the room curtains and breakfast items and variety. The room curtains were not well fitted to the windows and let in a lot of light from the parking lot lights at night and sunlight first thing in the morning. During a two night stay the breakfast was the same both days and really needs to include some type of protein besides hard boiled eggs. The main items were biscuits with sausage gravy and waffles. Adding eggs and sausage or bacon along with variety would greatly improve the breakfast. All in all, these are not deal breakers but would inprove the stay."

"This was our first experience in a Marriott Postcard Cabin, and it was just the brief getaway what we needed on a trip between Chicago and Maryland. It provided much of the camping experience we wanted without having to sleep in a sleeping bag on the ground. We appreciated the amenities, such as the DIY s'mores box. Going to bed and waking up to the sounds of the forest were incredibly refreshing. We loved how easy it was to check in and check out and that the cabin was very clean as if brand new."
