You have access to the full property
When you enter the apartment you will be greeted by a long hallway leading you into your two spaces double bedrooms and then on into your living/dining room. Off from the centre of the property you have your additional bedroom and your kitchen which leads you to your fully functional bathroom.

The nearest major train station is Sunderland Station, located approximately 1.5 miles from the property.
From the station, you can take a taxi (about 5–10 minutes) or use local bus services.
By Bus:
Several local buses stop near the property.
From Sunderland City Centre, take a bus heading towards High Barnes or Barnes Park.
Alight at Chester Road / Royalty Theatre stop, then it’s a short walk (around 5 minutes) to High Barnes Terrace.
By Car:
If driving, the property is easily accessible via Chester Road (A183).

Take the Metro from the airport to Sunderland Station (approximately 1 hour).
From there, continue via taxi or bus as above.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
