"Compared to the many hotel options near EWR, this was a good value. It was clean and comfortable and airport shuttle was efficient. It is also refreshing to see hardwood (simulated) floors instead carpeting - much easier to keep clean. There was no place to sit in front of the hotel or in the lobby. I understand there is normally a couch in the lobby. A bench in front of the Hotel is a good idea for guests waiting for the shuttle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"Overall good experience However there was unresolved issues with exhaust in the bathroom! Shuttle service could be much better , we waited 40 min at airport after calling the hotel! It was mentioned every 30 min! While returning we book the shuttle service for 4 pm, even we came to hotel 20 min earlier, the shuttle took us at 4:30 pm."
