"Made a big mistake booking here - we had bags stolen from our room, the place is run down and shabby, the lifts are inadequate and they sting you for a Tourist Tax that you can only use if you queue up for 30 minutes! Avoid!!"

Hampton Inn New York Times Square
"Air conditioner made loud noises and didn’t cool well. There is a timer and never got to the desired temperature. The Lobby is under construction so no place to sit. The elevators take 20 plus minutes to get on it and only if they are not full. The house keeping ladies are rude."
