Every member of staff was helpful and friendly, “CC” Ciara was super nice and professional to say she hasn’t been there a full year. But it’s our personalities that makes the job at the end of the day
The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. The building was well-maintained and clean. Other than hot water not coming out from the shower during my first day, I would say I thoroughly enjoyed my experience (they quickly resolved the issue though). Staying at the hostel is also a great way to meet new people since you share a room with others. The hostel puts on a lot of events as well. For example, when I was there, the Knicks were playing in the finals, so they played the game in the lobby. It was a very lively environment since people from outside the hostel also came to watch the game. Overall, I would highly recommend this hostel.
LOVE this location and its cool vibe. Lots of great food options nearby. Parking is great too on several adjoining streets. (Ignore the other review which was posted by a hacker).

The gentleman from graveyard was cery professional and kind and given me some recommendation for nearby coffee and eats. He allowed me to place my bag in storage until checking in.
Excellent friendly service from the front desk staff. Cool space and a very great location to get to everywhere you would want to go in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
