"The rooms are amazingly quiet for a very busy hotel in the heart of time square. I would say the hotel is extremely busy. We arrived at midnight to check in and queued for 35 minutes! Same at check out. Aside from the it was in a great location and a peaceful oasis from the hectic outside!"

"J'ai adoré l'accueil de Linda au front desk qui nous a upgradé notre chambre pour une plus grande et en plus, on a eu droit à un early check-in. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour toutes nos visites de la ville et surtout, pour assister à notre spectacle au Madison Square Garden. J'aurais aimé avoir l'option du petit-déjeuner inclus, mais les options autour de l'hôtel sont abondantes. Nous y retournerons!"

"The lounge, bar and patio are bright, cheery and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and was helpful even before arrival (responded to texts promptly). Good security. I think solo travellers would feel pretty safe. The location is very convenient for transit, tour busses, and easy walks to sights. It is also right in the thick of things so keep in mind the hotel can't control what is outside. They do provide a calm atmosphere inside."

"We stayed in a king room, city view. Not a big room but big enough,we were only in it for sleeping. Bed was really comfy, room cleaned every day. Staff very friendly. Hotel in a perfect position for exploring. Had breakfast in hotel once and it was fine. If I visit New York again I would def return."
