"Dirty, terrible neighborhood, walls and floors are digusting. I can’t believe a 5-year old hotel can be so won down. The front desk person at check-in was very pleasant. I booked this due to a cancellation for a connecting flight- expedia listed it as having a shuttle. No shuttle. This cost is almost $100 round trip to get to and from the airport. Just pay another $100 and stay somewhere that isn’t a dump. The morning front desk guy sat there when there was no coffee in the dispenser, trash...

"This is no longer a hotel!!! They converted it into a shelter but still allow people to make reservations??? An absolute nightmare having an exhausted baby, a front desk worker who was not helpful in offering solutions to the fact that suddenly we had nowhere to stay with no warning. Absolutely unacceptable."
