"Excellent hotel, the staff are superb and the rooms are lovely (on the small side, but this is expected in New York). Location is ideal, I walked almost everywhere but there is a subway station nearby too. My only slight downside was the sauna needing to be requested to be turned on, but once you know this is the process it’s fine and it’s easy to message and request 20-30mins ahead of when you want to use it. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were central to everything we wanted to do easy access to everything, including the trains. It was very clean, remodeled up-to-date. The only thing I wish it had was a fridge, but other than that, there was free, coffee and water in the lobby and espresso in the room which was perfect for the morning! We would definitely stay there again. "
