The parking looked like a warehouse dumpster. All plugs fall out since outlets are overused. Beds were comfortable some many years ago....waist of money to step in there.
Staff were friendly enough, room was kinda gross but when the price is right it's right I guess

The toilet was dirty, looked like someone used it and never cleaned. The area of the Inn is very dirty saw roaches, didn't feel very safe. However, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very nice.
My only gripe was that the A/C didn’t work; the thermostat nor the wall unit which turned out to be very discomforting. Other than that it was a good stay!

The hotel is in poor shape. The first room we were given didn't have a locking door nor locking window (ground floor room). Generally poorly kept, old paint, mildew in the shower, etc.
The second room was a bit better but far from ideal.
However, the staff was very polite, attentive, and accommodating.
Most disgusting room I ’ve stayed in. Cockroaches in the shower and what looks like black mold in the bathroom. Very noisy. Staff was okay and kept giving us random pricing on later checkout. Felt very unsafe in hotel.

This property is almost the epitome of a seedy hotel. It looks tired, run down and unkempt. The walls are alarmingly thin – the man snoring in the room next to mine sounded as if he was in the bed beside me!
Having said that, the hotel has two very attractive features – it is very close to the airport and it is cheap. I got what I paid for. So there are circumstances where a hotel like this is exactly what you need.
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was mixed at best.
To start with the positives, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after traveling, and every interaction I had with the front desk was pleasant.
That said, the property itself was disappointing, especially considering the price. The online photos made the hotel appear much nicer than it actually was. Upon arrival, the exterior looked run-down and gave off a less-than-comfortable first impression. Inside, there were several visible signs of disrepair throughout the hotel.
Our room also had multiple issues. The additional security latch on the door was broken, which immediately raised concerns about safety. We were provided only two bath towels and no hand towels or washcloths. The bedding appeared questionable as well, as there were what looked like dirt or makeup smudges on the sheets when we first arrived. Interestingly, those marks were gone later, leading me to believe someone may have entered the room to clean while we were out exploring the city.
The biggest issue, however, was the ant problem. There were ants throughout our floor and even on the nightstand in our room. We only discovered this after my friend was bitten. When I went to the front desk to ask about switching rooms or having someone address the issue, the staff seemed aware of the problem and simply handed me a bottle of Zevo bug spray so I could

Room was clean enough. Desk clerk and other employees i interacted with were polite and helpful. Hairdryer was broken. Ac unit didnt work. Love the view of the landing planes. A repair man was at work as i left
Pros:
Room was quiet
Toilet was clean
Sheets and pillows appeared to be clean
Cons:
Room was otherwise filthy
moldy shower curtain
broken furniture
trash from previous visitors
bed blankets had someone's hair on them (I counted 4 long hairs before I decided to stop)
visible insect feces in multiple places
smears of *something* on walls and door
some kind of food bits in the fridge
One thing I like that this is conveniently close to airport, but for the price I'd have stayed elsewhere. I did not like the state of the hotel. Everything was run down, broken, or disgusting. The smoke detector wasn't installed in room, just sitting on the drawers. Floorboards cracking and pieces sticking to my feet. Toilet was dirty and had brown rings. The sheets in my room smelled odd and had stains on it. Looked as if white sheets were maybe washed, but lots of stains. The brown blanket on the top had brown streaks of something on it, hair, and holes. I didn't feel comfortable showering in the hotel and sleeping in pajamas in the bed. I ended up laying on top of the sheets bundled in my clothes for the next day and wore a jacket and jeans to stay warm to avoid using the sheets.
I gave the hotel a chance to rectify our stay. Front desk assured they would credit my account. I didn’t need fancy, clean and pet friendly for my chihuahua and available parking for one night. I didn’t read reviews just picked based on a combined distance of travel. Check in- front desk clerk nice-ish. I head towards room and the elevator is literally filled with garbage bags and reeks of pot. Got to room and was surprised by the filthiness. Just gross. But again needed for the evening. Checked for signs of bugs & found none & I Asked for another sheet and pillow figured I’d sleep on the sheet. Needed sleep. Just 1 light worked there were at least 3- 7in size stains. Like something was dropped and no one cleaned it. Honestly looked like dog diarrhea. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. Bits of tp and dust. Black marker scribbles on & in bathroom door and wall. Bathroom wall fill of crud and mold above sink. Toilet seat not fully attached anymore. No hand towel or wash cloths. BUT I was too exhausted to leave. Kept my socks on & still had to wash my feet. I slept on the sheet & got a contact high from the neighbors. I spoke to front desk clerk. Told him the issues. I Said the room should not have been rented. He said he was very sorry (several times) and he would not process the charge due to my discomfort. I thanked him and said I wouldn’t post the photos or a complaint. But…. No discount or credit. If you expect more than free parking and pet friendly-go elsewhere.
Parking spaces are bigger and very safe and all nearby whatever you need in nyc. Great staff with smiling faces. Loved it . Will see you soon

Very near to LaGuardia airport and a Dunkin Donuts next door. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff was helpful.
Our room was extremely hot when we arrived. It took most of the night to cool it off.
No additional amenities.
