"Horrible!!!! This house is disgusting. We refused to sleep in this house or sit down any of our luggage in fear of what we might bring back home with us. Bugs in the beds... body hair in the beds.... dirt everywhere. The house smells. The carpet is stained across the entire house. Every single picture is misleading and has been altered. I am pretty sure this house is about to fall down.... The exterior is misleading as well. The siding is about to fall off the house and the paint is pealing off....

"This house is a great find! It’s a cozy spot with excellent use of space. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet, and the location puts you about 30-40 minutes from all things Pittsburgh. The house itself looks even better than advertised. It’s immaculate, the rooms are good sized and well decorated; the host provides everything from water and snacks to toothbrushes and other amenities. "This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft.
