Fully equipped condo is right on the beach!

The master suite has a king bed, it's own bath and direct oceanfront view with TV and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin/full bunk bed with it's own TV.

The building has a private picnic area with a gas barbecue for guest use. Walking distance to on-beach dining; Chase's on the Beach, Tiki Bar, Toni and Joe's and Flagler Ave.

Location: New Smyrna Beach Inlet has the best waves on East Coast of Florida. 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando and Disney, You can enjoy everything from central Florida's amusement parks, to relaxing on what some consider to be 'the best beach in the world'.

Local parks with access to river where you can boat, jet ski, kayak, fish, crab and see the manatees and dolphins. Flagler Avenue close by for great shopping.

The condo was just perfect. You will not find a more beautiful view of ocean. You can literally see the ocean from every room in the condo. Patrick was very easy and efficient to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views

This unit was very comfortable with beautiful panoramic views of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Had some parking issues the first couple of days from HOA but Patrick quickly handled it for us. He was very responsive when we needed him. We loved the fast elevator and easy access to the beach. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Loved the area, condo had everything our family of 4 needed. Pool was nice, we could not believe how few people were utilizing the beach. Its like we had it to ourselves. Good local restuarants nearby. We would definitely stay again.

Palm House

We have stayed here before and will stay again. It's a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The beach is beautiful.

Great view, best manager we’ve had at a VRBO

The manager put me at ease immediately when I told him that the cleaners did a poor job, and he said “I’ll get them back in” no questions asked. Any time I contacted him with a question he responded very timely and came to fix it. The condo itself was quaint with beautiful views. Saw 4 or 5 rocket launches. Great restaurants and fun things to do. Enjoyed getting to know NSB.

Beautiful view with a feeling of home

The view of the ocean is amazing, the kitchen is well stocked and user friendly, the washer/dryer is modern and efficient, and the host communicates promptly. Great location, loved our time here.

Vacation cut short!!

We stayed on the east coast as a very last minute decision due to our normal west coast location having damage from Hurricane Helene. I had no problems with check in and was thoroughly impressed with Patrick’s communication with me. Patrick actually reached out to me before I had a chance to let him know we’d likely be leaving ahead of our scheduled time due to Hurricane Milton. Patrick was very understanding and easy to work with regarding our refund due to circumstances beyond either of control. If we decide to vacation on the east coast I would certainly reach out to Patrick without hesitation!!

Beautiful and right on the beach!

My.two young adult sons and I stayed and absolutely loved being right on the beach. Convenient and beautiful views from every room in the condo. Close to grocery store and a great ice cream place. The building does.not have many units in it and i appreciated that. Parking was easy and close, not a sprawling parking lot. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed. Check-in was smooth.

NSB Palm House

We love the Palm House. Everything was as expected. Clean and right on the ocean! Can see the Atlantic from almost every room! Patrick very promptly took care of a small glitch we had in checking in! Our family of six loves this location. Condo had everything we needed. Only negative I would add would be updating the tvs in the bedrooms to have smart tvs and have them on the wall for more dresser space.

Great place but needs some TLC

Great place and location but the unit itself needs some attention, small stuff like paint, towel rack in master bathroom was off the wall and under the sink, toaster and coffee maker could be replaced…. Just little stuff that needs some attention. We had a great time and the owner was very responsive to one issue we had, I would absolutely recommend and we would stay again ourselves, so not intended to be a negative review at all.

This is a very nice condo. Pictures were very accurate. Location is good, can walk to several restaurants about 1/3 mile away, chases and the tiki bar on the beach and fancier Napa across the highway. But the reason I’d really recommend this condo is the host. Patrick could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Unfortunately the elevator was broke for the first 10 days but he actually met me and helped with getting luggage and groceries up the 4 flights of stairs. Even though the condo needs some updating it was clean and I’d stay again.

Very nice

Check in was easy. Condo clean and had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful. Pool is not heated but more fun swimming in the ocean. Overall great time. Would stay there again!

Non working elevator

Were not made aware until 2 weeks prior to stay that elevator was not working. At that time we were told they were working on elevator 10-14 days to get it working. One week before our stay 2/9/24 we were told elevator would not be working and what would we like to do. We were already in Florida which left us with only option of taking the stairs. We already made full payment for stay. The condo we stayed in was on the 5th floor. We were made aware by our neighbors in the condo that the elevator has not been working since September 2023. We did not see any work being done on the elevator during our stay.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay… right on the beach! It was beautiful and exactly as described. The property owner was also wonderful.. easy to get ahold of and answered/addressed any problems. A great place to stay!
