Nestled at the edge of the New Plymouth Racecourse, this property is surrounded by a picturesque garden in a quiet cul de sac. With its sunny and relaxed atmosphere, you will feel right at home and may not want to leave.



This property is ideally situated within walking distance to the popular Bowl of Brooklands and Pukekura Park, where you can enjoy the renowned Festival of Lights from mid-December to the end of January, along with various concerts and festivals at the Bowl's natural amphitheater. Directly across the street, you will find the Welbourne Shops, making it convenient for your daily needs.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash.
