Enjoyed my time at the hotel. There was a problem with food that I had at the restaurant, but I couldn't address the problem cause they were closed when I checked out. However, the service by the staff was so exceptional, I decided to overlook the food problem.

Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Qtr - Astor by IHG
The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I loved the body wash gel. The room safe was not working but even though they offered to fix it straight away I said not to bother as I wasn't using it anyway.
