We really loved our stay here! The apartment was lovely, the location was great (close to Yale and the center of New Haven), and our host Sabrina was wonderful. I highly recommend this rental.

My family of 3 adults stayed here for my daughter's college graduation. Great location, very easy to park, felt like a very safe neighborhood. Unit was immaculately clean, beds were super comfortable, and very easy check in process. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint & fully appointed

Loved this two bdrm for our overnight stay. As we prepared for our first college visit, the apartment brought me some peace as it was beautifully quiet decorated, very clean and well-appointed. We especially LOVED the Biscoff’s! This unit will meet your needs.

The apartment is very tastefully appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were especially impressed by our host's thoughtfulness of details, including regular and decaf coffee, biscuits, and even fresh real cream for the coffee in the fridge--a rarity these days even in nice hotels! Much appreciated. Also an excellent location--an easy 5-10 minute drive to Yale campus and downtown.

Perfect place to stay

I stayed here with my husband and friends for a concert and it was perfect. Great location, great for 2 couples staying together. Clean, easy to get to and no problem finding street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Lacross tournament at Yale

Perfect location and property to stay for a local lacrosse event. Property was as advertised which has plenty of space and amenities. Very close to Yale facilities and quiet neighborhood.

Home away from home

The location was superb. Great access to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you may need. The house was immaculate and packed with included amenities which we were very surprised with! Only draw back is noisy neighbors in the morning to be honest. Would stay there again!

The property was a great value, well maintained and furnished. Everything was provided for a very comfortable stay. The only negative would be on street parking but that was a minor inconvenience. We highly recommend this property.

Great Property!

This was the best getaway I've had in recent years. The check-in process was seamless. The property was clean and well maintained. My husband I forgot some toiletries but it wasnt a problem as the bathroom was well stocked! Would definitely stay here again
