"It is truly a clean establishment; nevertheless, with the exception of Amanda who checked us out, all three (3) black... I reiterate...all three (3) black concierge attendants who were there during our stay were totally absent in line of "COURTESY" particularly " SHARON" the one who checked us in. She insisted that "I got an accessible room." I said no and why would I? Are we handicap? I couldn't afford to argue with her....so I said...no problem. No smile, no courtesy whatsoever...I understood...
"The stay was very noisy. The fire station is only blocks away, and sirens went off multiple times in the middle of the night, providing no quiet rest at all."
