"TV had issues and the refridgerator and air conditioning units were very loud. The bathroom sink would not drain. We didnt tell them till the next morning, they said they would of done something if they knew.you also had to tug on the door to get it to latch and open. Everthing else was fine.We still had a decent stay."

The front desk representative did not inform us that breakfast would not be available. We only learned about it after we specifically asked, and then we were told that breakfast was not being provided. Why did we pay the price with the breakfast included? "My Beds had blood spots on them a few spots on the wall with some sticky substances. Front desk was rude and made I had three kids and someone also had a kid there that was my kids friend and they was not trying to let them swim because 2 parents are limited to amount of kids they have in the hotel."
