"It was convenient the hotel has a shuttle to pick us up, but had to wait awhile and not knowing if it will come. Did not answer our emails with questions regarding the shuttle schedule, as it was unclear on the website. The room is clean with toiletries and towels and face cloths in bathroom. The gentleman who was checking us in was not helpful or friendly. However, the other checking in staff were nice to the guests as well as the gentleman who checked us out the hotel the next day was very nice. The closeby eateries outside the hotel are not easy to get to unless you have a car. It is near a highway with no pedestrian friendly walkways. It would be helpful if it was noted on the hotel website. There is a restaurant inside the hotel."

"It is a nice place, clean and quiet. It has free parking and a good location. There was no pool and no microwave in the room which was a little odd. The beds were great. It was convenient to do the Brandywine Scenic Drive from here."
