Construction zone No one to help with luggage through construction zone trying to get luggage to room difficult No wash clothes available one night when I got in and found room not serviced Needed to ask for toilet paper every time . It was never left in the room. Completely empty conditioner bottle Missed trash and towel service when that was all I asked them to do the entire stay. Heating system malfunction Could not put heat on it goes to 74 despite set at 70 / Tried multiple ways Air did work but a few nights it was in the 40 degrees temperature range. Staff was nice. This is not the front Desks error. They were Overwhelmed. I felt sorry for them. The establishment should have compensated guests knowing this is how this part of the renovations was going to be.. Hotel entry was a hot mess."

"This is a hotel in which the doors to the rooms are from the outside. The hotel is dated, the room itself was on the small side, the towels were small, had some loud talk and yelling outside the room in the evening, the stairs to the second floor rooms are solid but looked rusty, and the hotel is near a busy street."
