"we are elderly and we were booked in a third floor room. The elevator did not work during our entire stay. plus the room key they gave us did not work. I have a bad back and my husband has bad knees. we had to do 3 trips to bring up our luggange and get a room key that worked. This was unacceptable"

"Kitchen had what we needed, i ended up boiling water in their pot for some tea. The room was nice, or atleast what i expect for the price. The people were a little sketchy but can't completely blame the hotel for that. I had booked one room for me and my husband and another for my nephews family with a dog, pets stay free was the big perk in this affordable hotel. Had to walk up stairs to the room though. "
