Small 20 sqm 1 bedroom apartment in the basement of the house with separate entrance. The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2017 and has a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator (without TK compartment), toaster, kettle, coffee machine, capsule coffee maker from Cremesso, a mini-oven and a dishwasher.  Shower room with toilet. A hairdryer is also available. The living room has a 160x200m bed, a table with two chairs and a wardrobe. The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, CD radio and has Wi-Fi. On the private terrace is a beach chair available from April to October. A charcoal grill is also available for them. Parking is available directly in front of the house.    

In a well maintained family home with 4 units are our 3 lovely and comfortably furnished apartments for 2-4 persons. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac location on the edge of the seaside resort Pelzerhaken in the Bay of Lübeck. In the basement of the house are a 1 room and a 1 2/2 room apartment, each with separate entrance and directly adjacent terraces with their own beach chairs (from April to October) and barbecue facilities. In the attic of the house is a beautiful bright 2.5 room apartment with Baltic Sea views. Parking is available directly at the house. Dogs are welcome and in the immediate vicinity there are plenty of opportunities for walks such as dog beach or numerous dirt roads.    

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.
