"There wasnt enough lights the room is very so dark hard to moving arround , The Chef at the buffet is yelled me at infront of the public telling me that not to use the Toaster ,, and the waiter verifying at the front desk if we did paid and or add on the room booking . we are humiliated ,why dont they check at the front desk instead of us ..
