Ok but not again

Pleasant stay with friends, however very rude reception staff (think one of them was called Lilya) when we first arrived. We were not shown properly the way to our apartment so spent 10-15mins looking for the entrance. At check-in we were not informed that fresh clean towels will be provided every 3 days and bed sheets changed every 4 days. As we were unaware of this strange policy of theirs, we were given strange looks by the rude staff when we asked for clean towels (which you would expect to be provided every day given this is a 4* resort). We didn't expect much in terms of food after reading all the reviews so did not have high hopes - all inclusive so they served pretty much the same food 3 times a day. Pool staff were very friendly and approachable. One of the bedroom doors in our 2-bedroom apartment did not close properly due to the position of the lounge sofa but this was not a big deal for us, although annoying at times. Apartment was clean, shower was sometimes difficult to control the temperature of the water. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at this hotel, but could have been made better if all the staff were friendly

Mye for pengene

Mycket lika mat.
