"We’ve stayed here numerous times in the past, which is why we came back. We were not told that the hotel was being significantly under construction. This was loud, noisy, messy and inconvenient. The room was nice enough. Parking is $16 for self parking and $22 for valet parking, where it was previously free. The outside is also poorly maintained with many broken sidewalks."

"Parking was easy and reasonable compared to other hotels. Excellent hotel, clean from entrance to bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and nice bedding. Staff was very friendly "

"I stayed at The Weekly Inn in Jacksonville, Florida, after flying for 2 days, and my experience was frustrating overall. I arrived about 15–20 minutes before check-in and was charged an early check-in fee, which started things off on a disappointing note. My first room, located at the back of the building, had a strong unpleasant odor. After a few nights, I noticed what looked like roaches and reported it. I was moved to another room that same night, but upon settling in, I realized the door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Maintenance had to come late at night and spent time drilling and sawing just to secure it. Two days later, when I tried to leave, the door wouldn’t close properly and the lock actually came off in my hand. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer and had to leave the door ajar to get help in person. Maintenance couldn’t fix it, so I had to move again. In the new room, the toilet didn’t flush properly. On top of that, I was woken up early one morning by a loud, confrontational argument that lasted about an hour. Overall, the repeated room issues, lack of responsiveness, and disruptions made this a very disappointing stay. I believe a partial refund would have been appropriate given the circumstances."

"Our hotel experience was good. The room was spacious for our family and the staff was very courteous. The breakfast was not as great as the reviews we read. We have stayed at many different hotels and we were quite surprised with the very low quality of the breakfast for a very high brand hotel. At least the beds were comfortable so we had a good night sleep."

"The property looks and smells very nice. The desk staff, dining staff and even the gift shop attendant were all very friendly. Very pleasant experience."
