The room was dirty and we had a mouse in our room…it’s a phobia of mine…there was also previous occupants food in the fridge….they did move us to a upper floor room but they would not give us a refund…I don’t think you should ever have live mice in your room…we won’t stay there again
The owners were so rude and disrespectful. This is a horrible place to stay

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Room was dirty. The bed was terrible and so uncomfortable, the air conditioning was so loud there was no way to sleep with it on the tub was full of hair when we got in the room the window was open. The smoke alarm was beeping the whole time cause it needed new batteries. This place needs to shut down and demolish the building and start a new one. I should have listened to the previous reviews…

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was nice and the price was very reasonable. With such reasonable rates however there are limited amenities such as housekeeping coffe maker and breakfast. Overall for the price it was very nice.
Dirty and unmaintained. Had very loud room next door. At check in it was a problem. When I asked the front desk guy if we could move at 11pm because of the excess noise we had not even opened the room door yet, we were moved to another room and upon opening the door it was already occupied and people were in bed. Again went to the front desk and explained that the room was occupied. The man at the desk then started to swear at me and say if I didn’t like things I can f’ing leave and he’ll cancel my room. He was so rude. He then put us back in the original room next to the very loud people the room key didn’t work, at this point I did not want to deal with the very rude guy again so my BF took the room key to ask to get it fixed. At this point he just came and opened the door but never fixed the key so we could not leave the room together. He did knock on the loud door next to us and told them that We were complaining about the noise and pointed at us while we were trying to get our bags in the room. Nothing that shows as an amenity works. Pool and hot tub have been closed for a very very long time. Ice machines didn’t work. The sink in the room turned only to cold water no hot. There are no safety locks on the room doors. The cost of the room is not worth its price. Stay away from this hotel. I’ve never had a customer desk person be so vile. There was another customer there during these and she was nervous to check in after seeing him treat us this way
I did not know there was a hotel this bad anywhere in the Western world. The place is filthy and run down, the doors don’t close, we had to change our keys at minimum five times, the staff is barefoot and don’t even have basic manners. The whole place smells like a hundred years of stale curry, and now so does my luggage. Don’t stay here.
The room was not fancy, almost utilitarian, but clean, functional, and properly prepared. The only issue was a leaking tub spout, but for the price, who really cares? I’ve stayed in other hotels for 3 times the price with the same overall experience. If you just need a place to crash it’s perfect. I rarely write reviews but this was notable in being an awesome value.

Disliked: Amenities
The pool and hot tub hasn't been working for over 2 years.
Personally even for the price this place is unlivable and should be shut down. I booked the room for three nights and didn’t stay 15 minutes. We showed up at about 10pm and it was so bad my coworker and I decided to just drive to the job site and sleep in the car.
Walking up to the room the walls are falling apart, disgusting smells all throughout the building, and A LOT of suspicious stains on the carpet all the way down the hall.
As for the room, we were supposed to get a two bed and instead got a couch with a single bed. I always lift the mattress up to check for any bugs or other issues. This time I lifted it up and there was what appeared to be blood or some other bodily fluid there. The sheets were disgusting, and there was definitely blood stains thought the room. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. I added what photos I did take but it was just so disgusting that we got out of there as fast as possible
Would have been nice to know this place was under construction. Every single room we used had something wrong/broken with it. Pool probably won’t be fixed in the near future. I’ll only stay here if I’m desperate. Our keys constantly de-activated and we didn’t have them by the phones. It’s crazy. Staff hard to understand English is very broken
Motel is being renovated. When I first arrived I was put in an incomplete room. Manager took notice and moved me to much better acomodations. Because of construction floor seemed a bit dusty, room was not quite finished but was very comfortable and affordable. I would be happy to stay there again.

Wished there was warning they are under construction. We felt safe that’s all that matters.
Entire hotel is under construction, keys always seemed to deactivate, beds are not comfortable at all. We didn’t feel like it was clean.
The room out of date, had a smell of wet musky smell, the toilet had a leak, the curtains had tares in them, the door didn’t shut securely, the electronic door pad didn’t work.
When I arrived, I noticed the motel was under major renovation. When I made the reservation through hotels.com. there was no mention this motel undergoing major renovation. If I had known this, I would’ve never stayed at this motel. It took four different rooms before I was able to get a comfortable room. The three previous rooms either did not have running water or the televisions were not working properly. The hotel staff barely spoke English.
Worst stay ever. From people slamming doors until 3 AM. Screaming in the hallway. To the mold in the bathroom. Ice machine leaking all over the floor. The bed was as hard as a rock. Cigarette butts all over the ground towards the entrance. And then the smell. I dont recommend staying here at all.
