"The prices didn’t meet with my expectations. The room was very dated and old fashioned and I found it depressing to be in side of it. The gym is small, given the size of the hotel with old running machines and limited equipment. Breakfast was ok, but again given standard versus the price point, this should have been great. Overall the hotel needs to invest to modernise or drop the price point to fit what the reality is. Staff are polite and friendly and it’s well maintained and clean. Beach and location are perfect."

"Let's start with the fact that the photos advertised for this property do not reflect reality. That alone feels misleading and sets the wrong expectations from the outset. The room showed clear signs of neglect, with dead mosquitoes still stuck to the walls. Despite the obvious mosquito problem, there were no window screens and no mosquito repellent provided. Around the pool area, the number of insects made it uncomfortable to sit and relax. The most concerning issue, however, was safety. Exposed wires from the pool lights were visible within the pool itself, creating what appears to be a serious electrical hazard. This does not seem like something that happened overnight; rather, it suggests a prolonged lack of maintenance and attention. Overall, the property appears poorly maintained and lacking in basic care, cleanliness, and safety standards."

"I highly recommend the complex for a family place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean with various pools to choose either for privacy or kid friendly. The television has many options and caters to many nationalities The proximity to all the places of interest is an epicenter. The complex is safe for people or vehicles. The only consolation is that if you want a Mediterranean view seek elsewhere but with all the wonderful encounters within 10 minutes driving time, the stay is impeccable. Also, the kitchen arrangement and supplies are exquisite. I can find nothing wrong with this complex and will return."

"The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island and the highlight was the private seating by the beach bar. Very peaceful and scenic. The food was not great. The Zatar restaurant was the exception and was an excellent dinner. The shades in the rooms are not darkening at all. It feels like you are sleeping outside once the sun is up. Also we switched to a sea facing room bc the traffic on the city view side kept us up. The kids did enjoy the slides and the entertainment."
