I was a little disappointed that the listing noted bedding and towels were included but we were charged extra for them and taxes that we figured were included. We ordered and paid for 2 double rooms as no single rooms were available but got first the key for 2 double rooms but one was later changed to a single room without any compensation. The price given by hotels.com was increased and only after some discussion did we get some money back."
