    Escape to this charming three bedroom cottage in Nelson Bay for a coastal getaway. This home sleeps six and features a relaxing garden, private balcony with water views, and a full kitchen. Enjoy a boat slip and free parking just a short stroll from Dutchies Beach. This family friendly retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and location.



    The Space:

    The Location - Ronem Cottage is ideally located 200 metres along a walkway to family friendly Dutchies Beach for calm water swimming, picnics, BBQ's and a playground, and just one kilometre to Nelson Bay for boutique shopping, cafes, restaurants and the marina.



    The House - This older style cottage is an affordable option in a great location. There are water views from the balcony, a living area with ceiling fans, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a CD player, a dining area and a kitchen with a microwave, upright stove and fridge. Three bedrooms (double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed), on bathroom with a shower and bath and an external laundry with a washer, dryer and an extra toilet. Secure parking in a single lock up garage, plus driveway parking for another car or boat.



    There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.



    Linen packs are provided for this property. If you would like bed makes please contact the office.

A Poor Choice

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was advertised with a dryer and washing machine, The dryer did not work. The washing machine leaked water badly. The laundry floor waste was blocked, and the floor flooded. Two visits to Winnings to have it repaired. The cockroaches were friendly. The house was extremely cluttered with un-needed furniture and belongings. Windows didn't lock and fly screens are damaged. The house is in need of considerable maintenance. My wife spend her first hour cleaning the bathroom.

The clothes dryer DID NOT WORK the washing machine LEAKED the laundry floor waste drain was BLOCKED the main lounge was infected with COCKROACHES some windows cannot be secured some fly screens are ineffective on arrival the property was unsorted, untidy, and not well cleaned an over abundance of un-needed 'junk' stored in every room We left 2 days early, on Friday 15th

Great views

I booked this house at the last minute and I'm glad it was still available, I would definitely return. The only thing was the street is very narrow which made it a bit difficult to manoeuvre but it was still possible.

Needs urgent renovation

This house has million dollar views, but can do With some serious renovations. Also a visit from pest control could help
