"Very convenient location. Close to SM City and public transportation, lots of dining options, very helpful staff. Wish they provide smaller towels and extra toilet papers. Most places were closed on Holy Thursday so we ordered room service. Food was excellent, esp the Batchoy. Special kudos to Vin Diezel! Have stayed here before and will stay here again."

"On arrival the staff was very friendly and efficient and i reached my room in no time. The room was larger than i expected and with a nice view over the city and SM right across the street. The room was fine, AC efficient, the bed perfect. The toilet room could use a new mirror but soft from that clean and fine. I was too exhausted to go out for dinner and decided to try out the on house restaurant. I was the only guest there but the baby ribs with mashed potatoes were perfectly cooked, exactly what i was after this evening. The breakfast was not included in my booking but it was possible to pay for it in the restaurant. The food offered was mostly, only(?), filippino, with chicken, rice and other dishes. The was brewed coffee which I think not that many were drinking because it seemed to have been brewed since time ago and been left standing. The morning coffee is important! There was also a dessert which I believe was made from coconut and like jelly. It was good."

"We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. "

"The best hotel stay we had in Bacolod City. Everything was exceptional! Breakfast buffet was super delicious with classy appetizing presentation. Laundry & Dry cleaning was quick & on time. We have a spacious room & a very comfortable bed with a beautiful view of Bacolod Lagoon park. To all the staff & personnel hands down, you made our Bacolod vacay a very special & memorable one. "We had a wonderful stay at Bugana. The view from our villa was absolutely beautiful, and the room felt very private and high-quality. The Food: Breakfast portions are on the smaller side but always delicious. However, lunch and dinner were consistently amazing—some of the best food we had during our trip. The Experience: Swimming in the warm, clear water at the beach was a highlight. We also took a boat tour; while it’s priced a bit higher than the public tours in town, the boat crew was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which made it feel worth the extra cost. We also highly recommend the Sipalay day tour—it was exceptional. A Few Tips: The resort is secluded (about 15-25 mins from Sipalay town), so plan to eat most meals on-site. If you’re arriving in town, expect to pay around ₱300 per person for a tricycle to the resort. Also, if you have mobility issues, be aware there are a lot of stairs to the villas—you might want to request a lower-level room!"

"I thought to be a 4 + star accommodation but unfortunately I didn’t receive the customer service that I was expecting. I’m not going to book here anymore and I’m not recommend either. "
