The pool is perfect to cool down in after getting the sunny exposure the afternoons provide. The staff is fantastic Delkia and Rose are exceptional the meals were fantastic and Delkia is outstanding at arranging any tours or transportation you may need or want. "The resort is nice and the beach is unbelievable! The staff were amazing except one lifeguard who was so annoying with his side hustles we actually paid him to go away. Food was good but not a whole lot of variety for breakfast. Room was large, clean and in good condition. The biggest criticism we have is the resort lacks a Jamaican vibe. It felt more like a resort in Cancun or a hotel in Miami."

"What an amazing trip! Believe all of the good things you read about Sunset at the Palms, as it is a truly unique experience! The staff was wonderful, and we felt taken care of throughout our stay. The beach is among the best along the west coast, and we felt like we were in our own little piece of paradise. The amenities met our needs, and then some! While not the most extensive buffet amongst all-inclusives, it had more than enough variety to suit us, and the themed nights brought extra choices each day. The Half Moon Beach excursion was a great add-on, and we felt our cares melt away into a true vacation experience. The garden setting for the rooms was relaxing and encompassing. We cannot wait to return!"
