"The staff was extremely responsive. There was an initial issue checking in because my family was far away from me, but they took care of everything and our stay was better than I could have hoped for. We can’t wait to come back!!"

"The property is beautiful. The resort is quiet and peaceful. Evans restaurant is indeed wonderful for all meals. Rockhouse restaurant is also amazing. Catcha is great because you get the serene peace and quiet (with the exception of Ricks being next door but they don't get jumping until after 5pm) and 7mile beach is a $7 Uber ride away."

"We have stayed at Travellers before. We thoroughly enjoy our time here! From check in to check out, we feel like we are at home! The staff is attentive and friendly - from the front desk/ bellman/ waiters and waitresses/ bartenders/ beach attendants/ housekeepers - all are wonderful staff. We especially enjoy the service from Orashia/ Ricky/ Ramon/ Romeo/ and Sue Ann, at the bar/ restaurant. The beach out front of the resort is all we need. Good restaurants are found all around 7 mile beach and West End. Negril and Travellers Resort has been a great vacation!"

"We loved the smaller property, without hundreds of people, they were definitely focused on quality over quantity. The local cuisine they offered was awesome, as well as the service and staff. The pool was tucked into a garden jungle where we spent the majority of our time. The beach property was also nice, giving us enough of an excursion experience, we didn't feel a need to explore away from the resort. Maybe we'll explore a bit more next time. They provided nightly entertainment and took it upon themselves to book a couple of dinner reservations, before we arrived, so we didn't have to worry about it. Our room backed into a green belt with a lovely balcony, hammock, table and chairs, chaise and entertaining goats."

"The room was clean and cool upon entrance. The grounds are well kept as well as most of the staff are friendly and helpful, shootout to Blair the lifeguard who made our stay smooth as well as the security who brought our bags to our room kudos to him. On the website it says complimentary breakfast but that doesn't comprise of the ackee and saltfish on their Instagram page. However you must give that a try. All meals we're excellent in my opinion. Another thing to note it is a cashless property so ensure that you have a working card. They also have $200 usd security deposit that must be paid upon checking in. Rooms are equipped with lotion, hand soap shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Housekeeping is present everyday and mini bar is available at an additional cost. Overall it was an excellent stay will definitely be back"
