- Beautiful waterfront villa located in Needles, California. With a private loading dock, you can park your boat or jet ski right in front of the home. The property is comprised of two units. The main home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath and the back unit is a 2-bedroom and 1.5-bath. The house is on the river in Needles, just a couple of miles from Laughlin and Havasu. There is a big garage as well where you can park whatever you need inside. You will surely enjoy your stay in this beautiful home.
