"One of our two rooms had a massive stain on the bed from make up! Told the front desk about it he wrote it down and said he would let house keeping know! Was disappointed that the pool was not working and half the one hallway was closed down so had to go around! We have stayed here before so that is why I had choose to again, don’t know if I will the next time and this place is close to a family member another reason it was picked! Front desk staff seemed to care and understand the needs of the people checking in. Housekeeping sure need to do a better job at that side of making rooms look presentable."
