"The hotel is well located. Close to the Arc of Triomphe, metro and bus. The staff was very friendly. The room had a good size for the 4 of us. In terms of cleaning it was not spotless, but it was acceptable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The day of our check in we had an issue with the A/C and the staff tried to immediately help. The A/C was not blowing air at all. Unfortunately it was not solved, but I was able to solve it on my own. I noticed that the air filter needed cleaning. After...
