The outdoor pool facility was exceptional, and the room maintained a high standard of cleanliness. While breakfast was satisfactory, the room service meal arrived at an undesirable temperature. "Solid place to stay in Pacific Harbor, very convenient if you’re doing the bull shark dives. Nice grounds, couple pools, lots of ocean access. Meals a bit overpriced, but staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable, if not super new."

"I was there for only 2 days and hanged out with friends and family both nights and the restaurant/ bar and what do I say about the staffs over there. There are so nice and attentive. Was there checking on us and offer speaker and towers when more of my friends join. Not forgetting cheering with us when Fiji Drua was playing. Loved that atmosphere."
