"The double room was fairly basic but finished to a very high standard and included a lovely shower. The hotel is located on beautiful grounds in front of the casino and cinema and conveniently located in the centre of town. There is no dining in the evening but there are a few nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the morning was good and reasonably priced. This is a recommended stay."

"Quite tricky to find - remote. No dinner served currently so have to go out to Luarca in the evening - car trip. Breakfast lovely. If you are looking for a meditation retreat this would fit the bill."

A bit difficult to find the entrance if you arrive on foot. A sign on the gate would help. The bell on the walk in gate didn’t work"
