"The room was clean and tidy albeit a little dated.
We booked a double room with a cot and were supplied with two singles.
The indoor pool was ideal this time of year but cleanliness of this area was not high on the priority list.
Breakfast was a little bland and pre prepared and not always fresh.
We consistently had a cleaning trolley outside our room in the corridor all week. Not a huge problem but not the most pleasant thing to open your door to daily.
However staff were great and the hotel did everything you’d ask but a little sub standard for a 4 star."
"Spa facilities were extensive and extremely well maintained. Every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Housekeeping has to be commended. Will definitely return. "
"Excellent hotel. Staff were excellent, rooms spacious and as advertised, and all amenities in hotel including gym were fantastic. In a great location as well with great parking."
"Lovely host and beautiful accommodation. The place is a bit on the hill for those who are less mobile otherwise everything worked well. We will definitely come back here. Thank you!"
"This is a lovely hotel and in a prime location. I was here on a solo trip for 4 days.
it took me two bus journeys to get here including airport bus from Verona airport. But it is very easy to find and is a few minutes walk from bus stops, ferry ports and cable car.
The room I was in was small but clean, very basic and dated but as a solo traveller I didnt mind. No hot drink facilities in the room and very small TV with no digital channels. Not a huge problem but can see why it would for most people.
The towels in the bathroom are very very thin and frayed - I thought they were pillow cases. The walls too are very thin and could hear the people in the room next to me snoring and chatting quietly. But bed very clean and comfortable. The hotel offers basic breakfast which is ok, hot eggs, bacon and sausages, cold continental and pastries, coffee machine wasn’t that great but did enjoy the English breakfast teas. The hotel also offers 10% discount at the restaurant which I have to say is stunning and was shocked it wasn’t fully booked every night. You’re basically paying for the location but the food is lovely. Would recommend the seafood spaghetti. Was surprised to see a waiter serving with a hoodie on with the hood up, but all staff are so so lovely and extremely helpful.
If you’re travelling here alone you will have no worries.

"Every thing was perfect very nice for Families any size . Only thing I didn’t like was sofa bed but for smaller person I think will be fine. Maybe more parking spots will be better for resort that size.Everything else was perfect food and drinks in all inclusive package was great. Also location perfect . Thank you "
"Everything from the location, amenities, staff, park to the rear and access to the lake was excellent! Fantastic hotel in one of the most picturesque settings i've visited. Room had amazing views of the snow capped mountains, the park and the lake. A path to the rear of the hotel, along the lake is great for cycling and walking and takes you to the centre of Riva with lovely shops and restaurants in one direction and to "
"Great location. Minutes from centre of Bardelino centre. Minutes from ferry and buses. Great choicevof restaurants even in early season. Great staff at hotel."
