Era Cuma House is distributed over three floors. The entrance leads directly into the living and dining area, where you will also find the modern open-plan kitchen at the back. This is a spacious, modern and beautiful area equipped with every comfort, including a Smart TV and a pellet fireplace.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom, featuring an en-suite bathroom and large built-in wardrobes. It is a beautiful room with high vaulted ceilings and a large window offering fantastic views that can be enjoyed directly from the bed.

On the lower floor there are three additional bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, a second bedroom with single bunk beds, and a third bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm double bed. Both the master bedroom and this third bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs.
The second bathroom is located between these three bedrooms.

The house also features a lovely garden at the entrance, perfect for enjoying sunny days in good company.
